Let's say something more
about the premium chocolate
we use to fill our calendars.

Pic. 1 - Mass production of 3 g pieces of chocolate filling in a plastic tray. Usually filled by milk chocolate with low content of dry cocoa solids in milk chocolate.

Pic. 2 - Hand made production of calendars filled with 5 g chocolate pieces into a plastic free tray usually with 70% dark chocolate, with at least 28% milk chocolate in dry cocoa solids, or with a Grepa fair-trade chocolate. Most of the time, we use chocolate from Belgium, the Netherlands, or Germany.
