Do you sell calendars to end customers or sports clubs?We sell and send calendars to end customers at their address but, above all, we make exclusive editions to order for sports clubs.

What does an EXCLUSIVE EDITION mean?The exclusive edition is a category of calendars that are usually ordered directly by sports clubs and they can decide whether to offer the edition of calendars only to holders of annual passes, club sponsors, or to their own junior teams. We do not have the right to sell such calendars directly.

Are all calendars in sale in the Advent style?No. Beside Advent calendars, equally popular are annual editions and calendars with match schedule, so-called Matchday Calendars, which is our own idea.

Do you actually deliver calendars across Europe and outside the European Union?Yes, we are able to deliver even one piece of calendar across Europe. For non-EU countries, longer delivery times can be expected.

How do I store my calendar?Store the calendar just like a wrapped bar of chocolate which means above all, do not expose it to direct sunlight and avoid temperature fluctuations. The ideal temperature range for storing chocolate is 12 to 18 °C.

What is the durability of calendars?Advent calendars usually have an expiry date until 31. 12. or 31. 3. of the following year. When stored properly, chocolate has a shelf life of 6 months.

Do you offer discounts when I order multiple calendars?The final prices are always displayed in the e-shop. For selected products, you may find a 2+1 free promotion or you can use a discount code for purchasing multiple items.

Why can’t some calendars be ordered?If they are not sold out and cannot be ordered anyway, they are probably part of the EXCLUSIVE EDITION category.

Do you also make calendars with a BIO certificate?On request, we can use chocolate with a BIO certificate or supply a FAIR TRADE collection.

What is the usual delivery time?The usual delivery time is 7 to 21 days depending on the calendar type and the country of delivery.

What does it mean that I can personalize my calendar?For some types of calendars, we allow customers to choose a MESSAGE they want to be printed on the calendar, such as: "With special thanks to our golf club member, Adam Woodbridge!" Similarly to ordering a shirt with your name on the back. When you order personalized calendars, it is necessary to expect a longer delivery time (usually 1–2 weeks longer).

Why is the delivery time longer than in regular e-shops?We make quality calendars, often personalized. We do most of the tasks manually and we are not set up for mass production. That is why we have customers who accept that we are usually unable to guarantee delivery of a calendar within 3 or 5 working days. On the contrary, they often order calendars as early as at the end of the summer.

How big is the calendar?Bigger than you expect. The standard size is 391 mm x 262 mm, which is much larger than the standard A4 paper size of 297 mm x 210 mm.

So what is meant by quality calendars and what is the manual production?It is not just chocolate that you can learn more about at TASTE PREMIUM CHOCOLATE. When you hold the calendar in your hands, you feel that the cardboard packaging is sturdier than with regular supermarket calendars. You will notice that the cover is hand-glued and has a surface finish that gives the calendar a shine. In addition, there is no plastic tray inside the calendar into which chocolate is usually poured. We put our chocolate in cardboard (PLASTIC-FREE) trays by hand.

Where is the chocolate from and how do you check its quality?We use chocolate whose origin is mostly from Holland, Belgium, or Germany. Our chocolate suppliers are usually manufacturers, so the quality of the product is guaranteed compared to buying chocolate from a wholesale warehouse or a distributor.

Is there always the same chocolate in every calendar?No. In some of them, we use dark chocolate, milk chocolate in other calendars, and some calendars have a mix of chocolate kinds. We often put chocolate coins inside our calendars.

How much is the transport?Depending on the country of delivery, most often there is a shipping fee within the EU of 6,25 EUR and transport to the UK is 6,75 EUR.

Can I pick up my calendar package in a delivery box?In some countries, carriers allow inserting into a box but we recommend that you select delivery to an address.

Will I get my calendar wrapped?Calendars come in a standard cardboard package or an envelope. We do not normally wrap the calendar in a protective thin film you know from supermarkets because our calendar is protected by bubble or other foil during transport. Changes to packaging size and type are reserved.

Is it possible to gift-wrap my calendar?We do not offer such a service.

What is meant by PLASTIC-FREE?There is no plastic tray inside the calendar that chocolate is usually poured into. We put our chocolate in cardboard (PLASTIC-FREE) trays by hand.
